Regular menu: Beef Tips Burgundy – Slow braised beef tenderloin in Burgundy wine with mushrooms and gravy served over steamed white rice
Vegetarian menu:Vegetable Lasagna – 3 layer lasagna with sautéed baby spinach, roasted portabella mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese
All meals include mixed green salad, rolls, side dish, dessert, iced tea and water. Coffee on request
